At French Creek RV, our generous lot sizes give seasonal guests room for comfortable outdoor living while still enjoying the community around them.
Standard Seasonal Sites
Our standard seasonal sites average approximately:
50′ × 70′ — 3,500 sq. ft.
Full-service seasonal sites include:
Water Hookup • Sewer Hookup • Winter RV Storage
Lawn maintenance is available for an additional fee
Electricity is individually metered and billed based on actual usage.
Seasonal rates start at $2,500 + GST.
50-Amp Seasonal Sites
Have a larger RV or need 50-amp electrical service?
French Creek has a limited number of 50-amp seasonal sites, subject to availability.
New 50-Amp Rentals From $2,750 + GST
Premium Oversized & View Sites
Not every site at French Creek is exactly the same.
Select sites offer additional space, desirable locations or premium views and are offered as Premium Seasonal Sites.
Premium Sites From $3,000 + GST

Double Seasonal Sites
Want considerably more outdoor living space?
Our double seasonal sites average approximately:
50′ × 140′ — 7,000 sq. ft.
That’s approximately twice the space of one of our already-generous standard sites.
Double Seasonal Sites — $3,750 + GST
Water, sewer hookup and winter RV storage are included. Electricity is individually metered. Lawn maintenance available for an additional fee

Finding French Creek RV
French Creek RV is conveniently located on Highway 44 near Fawcett, Alberta, within easy driving distance of Westlock, Barrhead, Athabasca and Slave Lake.
From Westlock, travel approximately 50 km north on Highway 44 toward Fawcett. Turn onto Range Road 12, just before Hidden Valley Golf Course, and follow the road to French Creek RV.
Our peaceful country setting feels tucked away from it all while still being easily accessible from surrounding communities.
