You don’t have to travel far for your first outing.

Hidden Valley Golf Course is right next door to French Creek RV, making it easy to enjoy a round of golf without spending your day driving.

There’s also a restaurant nearby, so you can head out for a meal and still be only minutes from your campsite.

Explore Fawcett

French Creek RV is located near the community of Fawcett, Alberta, giving guests convenient access to the surrounding countryside while still enjoying the peace and space of a rural campground.

It’s also a great starting point for exploring more of Northern Alberta.

Spend the Day at the Lake

Pack up the fishing gear, canoe, kayak or picnic and make a day of it.

There are several lakes within approximately 30 minutes of French Creek RV, giving you even more opportunities for fishing, paddling and enjoying time near the water.

Then head back to French Creek for the evening.

French Creek RV is centrally located within the Westlock, Barrhead, Athabasca and Slave Lake region, giving seasonal guests plenty of options when they feel like taking a drive.

Explore local communities, restaurants, shops, farmers’ markets, community events and attractions throughout the summer.

Westlock

Approximately 50 km south of French Creek RV, Westlock provides convenient access to shopping, groceries, restaurants and other services.

It’s close enough to make a supply run without giving up an entire day of camping.

Northern Alberta offers plenty of opportunities to get outside.

Depending on where the day takes you, you can explore lakes, trails, fishing areas, golf courses, parks and rural countryside throughout the region.

One of the advantages of having a seasonal site is that you don’t have to fit everything into a single weekend.
