Standard Seasonal Sites — From $2,500 + GST
Average approximately 50′ × 70′

Includes:

• Water hookup at your site
• Sewer hookup at your site
• Winter RV storage

Additional Charges:

• Electricity — individually metered and billed based on actual usage
• Lawn maintenance — available for an additional fee
• Enjoy the space to create your own outdoor living area, with room for decks, gazebos, approved sheds, outdoor kitchens and more within campground guidelines.

50-Amp Seasonal Sites

Need more electrical capacity?

A limited number of 50-amp seasonal sites are available, with new rentals starting at $2,750 + GST, subject to availability.

Premium & Oversized Sites

Looking for something a little different?

Select oversized and premium-location sites may be available from $3,000 + GST, depending on size, location and features.

Double Seasonal Sites

Want considerably more room?

Our double sites average approximately 50′ × 140′ — around 7,000 sq. ft.

Double Seasonal Sites — $3,750 + GST

Water and sewer hookups and winter RV storage are included. Electricity is individually metered and billed separately based on actual usage.
